Eligibility for Returns:

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Perishable or hygiene-sensitive products (opened Mehndi cones, used hair colors, etc.) are not eligible for return.

Damaged/Defective Products:

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.

We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund.

Refund Process:

Once the return is approved, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Policy:

Exchanges are available for eligible products.

Customer bears the shipping cost for exchange unless it’s a quality/dispatch error from our side.
